Biomed ВЕ300A

Biomed ВЕ300A is an electrocardiograph with three-channel thermal printing and simultaneous acquisition from 12 standard leads. Its 6.2-inch colour touchscreen has an 800 × 480 resolution. Displaying 12 leads does not change the built-in printing-channel count; verify the required recording format before procurement.

The built-in thermal printer uses 80 mm-wide paper. The source specifies 8 dots/mm vertically and 40 dots/mm horizontally, with 1×12, 1×12+1R, 3×4 and 3×4+1R print formats. Automatic, manual and rhythm modes are described; filter parameters and operating settings must follow the manual and institutional procedures.

The source lists memory for 40,000 ECG records, LAN and USB for data handling. External-printer connectivity does not mean an external printer is included. Check network, export-format and software compatibility and data-access arrangements before commissioning.

Mains power and an internal rechargeable battery are described. For a fully charged battery, the source states at least 2 hours of continuous printing or at least 7 hours of paperless recording. These are different modes, not a single universal runtime; confirm test conditions and battery condition.

The delivery list includes one ECG cable, one set each of adult limb and chest electrodes, a power cord, a potential-equalisation lead, a thermal-paper roll and a manual.
